Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer – Call & Contact Center **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end development of high‑scale web and desktop‑native features for a customer communications platform. Own architectural decisions, ensure code quality, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and cross‑functional teams to drive system stability and efficiency. **Expectations:** - 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, 2+ years in a senior or lead role. - Proven track record of shipping high‑quality, high‑performance features in production environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable features across web and desktop applications. - Write modular, maintainable code following best practices; develop unit and integration tests. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality, scalability, and maintainability. - Participate in rotating production on‑call rotation to diagnose and resolve critical incidents. - Contribute to release pipelines and deployment processes. - Build reusable front‑end and back‑end components and drive common practices across products. - Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering skill growth. - Partner with product managers and cross‑functional teams to advocate for technical initiatives that improve efficiency and maintainability. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Python and modern web technologies (Vue or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). - Experience with APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms (GCP or equivalent). - Practical knowledge of serverless, microservices, and event‑driven architectures. - Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications required.
