Job Description
Job Title: Senior Client Integrations Engineer Role Summary: Lead technical integration and support for high‑value digital marketing clients. Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, custom solution development, automation initiatives, and ongoing maintenance. Act as a trusted technical advisor across internal teams and clients, drive process improvements, and support pre‑sales technical outreach. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time and within scope for complex top‑tier accounts. - Own technical relationships with key clients and champion best practices. - Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, analytics, and communication skills in fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and execute successful onboarding and ongoing support for complex accounts. 2. Design and develop custom scripts, integrations, and automation solutions aligned with client objectives. 3. Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. 4. Evaluate and recommend product customisations and support strategies across verticals. 5. Enhance onboarding processes, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements. 6. Provide technical expertise during pre‑sales activities, educating prospects on solutions and value proposition. 7. Mentor new team members and contribute to talent acquisition through evidence‑based interviewing. Required Skills: - Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar in Martech/AdTech. - Advanced coding: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and related web technologies. - Strong knowledge of online tracking technologies and digital marketing ecosystem. - Proven automation project experience (preferred). - Project management capabilities; ability to maintain multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills. - Leadership experience, including direct management or mentoring roles (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or solutions architecture valued (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or equivalent).
