**Job Title** Student Recruitment Advisor – Lead Qualification **Role Summary** Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students from the UK and EU, qualifying leads according to institution entry criteria and guiding eligible prospects through the admissions funnel. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. - Maintain high accuracy in lead qualification and conversion rates. - Ensure timely follow‑up and consistent, quality CRM data. - Deliver a professional, student‑first experience that reflects organisational standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify leads generated via digital marketing, outreach, and remarketing. - Engage prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual platforms; provide accurate program information. - Record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM; manage the lead pipeline to maximize conversion. - Identify academic and career goals to recommend the most suitable programs. - Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. - Offer feedback on lead quality and marketing performance to improve conversion rates. - Promote programme strengths (faculty, industry links, experiential learning). - Maintain ongoing communication to keep prospects engaged throughout admissions. - Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities. - Support special projects related to student recruitment and enrollment management. **Required Skills** - Strong consultative sales acumen and goal‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels. - Superior customer‑service orientation and active listening. - High attention to detail for accurate eligibility assessment. - Effective time‑management and multitasking. - Resilience and persistence in a target‑driven environment. - In‑depth knowledge of the institution’s programmes, admissions criteria, and career outcomes. - Collaborative teamwork with cross‑functional stakeholders. - Tech proficiency: CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - CRM certification (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) considered an asset.
