**Job title** Senior Full‑Stack Engineer **Role Summary** Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, AI‑powered healthcare applications. Drive end‑to‑end engineering from architecture to production, focusing on high‑quality, user‑centric front‑end and robust back‑end services. Mentor junior developers, enforce coding best practices, and collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance patient and provider experiences. **Expectations** - Deliver technical leadership for next‑generation full‑stack features. - Maintain high code quality, test coverage, and CI/CD reliability. - Ship iterations at a rapid pace while ensuring reliability and security. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and refine the full‑stack stack (Python, Go, TypeScript, React, etc.) for scalable healthcare solutions. - Plan and execute feature development, balancing technical feasibility, usability, and business impact. - Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and deployment pipelines. - Mentor and coach junior engineers on design patterns, coding practices, and career growth. - Work with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to translate requirements into intuitive UI/UX. - Collaborate closely with customers to diagnose and resolve issues in production. - Stay current with emerging technologies (containers, cloud, AI frameworks) and propose adoption strategies. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong back‑end/development proficiency (Python, Go). - Proficient in front‑end JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar). - Experience with containers and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes). - Demonstrated ability to ship code daily in fast‑moving environments. - Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and resource‑fulness. - Clear communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented UX mindset and customer‑first attitude. - Growth mindset and eagerness to take on high‑impact challenges. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
