**Job Title** Director of Sales & Partnerships **Role Summary** Lead growth of a B2B consulting practice by driving new business and managing partner relationships. Own the entire sales cycle for direct and partner‑sourced opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline, quota attainment, and revenue expansion across mid‑market and enterprise accounts. **Expectations** - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. - Rapid learner who grasps complex solutions and sells with credibility to C‑level executives. - Strong relationship builder able to leverage networks and Salesforce partner ecosystem for co‑selling. - Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and writing proposals. - Willing to travel across North America for client, partner, and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Own full sales cycle for new business and expansion opportunities ($100 K+ deals). - Generate outbound leads via network, targeted prospecting, and partnership activities. - Maintain accurate, transparent pipeline in Salesforce; provide weekly revenue updates. - Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for existing customers, identifying retention and expansion opportunities. - Present company’s solutions and thought leadership with confidence and clarity. - Build and deepen relationships with Salesforce partners, generating partner‑sourced deals. - Attend Salesforce events, co‑selling sessions, partner dinners, conferences, and networking events. - Collaborate with Delivery, Project, and Account teams to translate customer needs into proposals and value‑driven solutions. - Travel across North America for client meetings, Salesforce events, and partner engagements. **Required Skills** - Proven new‑business sales experience with quota attainment. - In‑depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com ecosystem and partner program. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. - Strong networking ability and pipeline management. - Consultative selling mindset with ability to solve complex business problems. - Ability to operate independently and drive results. - Professional services sales experience a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Professional sales or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consulting) preferred.
