Job Description: Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable web applications and services that power core products and internal platforms. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑ and broker‑facing portals, billing and payment infrastructures, and developer tooling. Drive architectural decisions, improve engineering workflows, and collaborate across product, design, and operations teams. Expectations: - Own key projects from concept through production within a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment. - Deliver clean, well‑tested code and actively participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. - Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Build full‑stack features using modern front‑end frameworks (React, etc.). - Develop and extend serverless back‑end services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB). - Design intuitive, high‑quality interfaces for customers and brokers. - Enhance developer experience via tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and shared services. - Create internal dashboards, workflows, and integrations to streamline operations. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Ops to solve complex problems. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer in a startup or fast‑paced product setting. - Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js; solid experience with React or equivalent JS framework. - Hands‑on expertise with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB). - Ability to translate user and product requirements into elegant technical solutions. - Comfortable working in cross‑functional, collaborative teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
