Job Description
Job Title: Head of Growth and Marketing Role Summary: Own and execute the end‑to‑end sales and marketing function for a healthcare platform focused on Nurse Practitioner‑led practices. Drive outbound prospecting, brand positioning, and partner development to accelerate practice acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Expectations: • Deliver measurable growth in pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets. • Build a scalable acquisition engine and marketing program. • Cultivate long‑term client relationships and partner networks. • Translate market needs into product and messaging improvements. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy that increases practice acquisition, retention, and upsell. • Prospect, engage, and convert NP practices; serve as the first point of contact for new prospects. • Create compelling business cases, pitch decks, case studies, and other collateral to support sales and brand initiatives. • Lead cross‑functional marketing campaigns and programs to build awareness, adoption, and usage. • Partner with customer success and strategy teams to negotiate contracts, onboard new practices, and ensure smooth transition. • Identify and pursue commercial partnerships with NP state associations, referral partners, and other ecosystem actors. • Shape commercial strategy for existing and emerging business lines. • Develop and refine internal processes for the Growth & Marketing team. • Collaborate with product and engineering to assess market feedback and influence roadmap. Required Skills • 3–5+ years in business development, consulting, or B2B sales with a proven track record of building strategic client relationships. • Prior healthcare or provider‑focused experience. • Strong gravitas and executive‑level communication skills to engage senior stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment and manage complex projects. • Proficient in sales pipeline management, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools. • Strategic thinker with data‑driven decision making and creative problem‑solving capability. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Management) are a plus but not mandatory.
