Job Description: **Job Title** Application Architect (EU Citizens Only) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and oversee scalable application architectures integrating back‑end and front‑end systems. Lead technical liaison between project leads and developers, ensuring seamless system integration, architecture optimization, and high‑quality documentation across multi‑platform environments. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Java, Angular, and JEE containers (e.g., Weblogic). - Proven ability to integrate heterogeneous systems and implement messaging platforms. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Experience producing comprehensive technical architecture documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot application architectures. - Integrate heterogeneous systems into complex environments. - Develop and maintain architecture components for back‑end and front‑end platforms. - Review and optimize existing system architectures. - Conduct data analysis and modeling to support system design. - Coordinate technical architecture implementation across teams. - Serve as technical liaison between project leads and developers. - Produce structured software architecture documentation. - Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user sessions. - Support testing, deployment, documentation, evaluation, and reporting. - Implement and enhance key system features. **Required Skills** - Java, Angular, JEE development. - Experience with Weblogic, Oracle Service Bus. - Messaging services: Java Message Service, Apache Kafka. - Front‑end frameworks: Angular, eUI. - Knowledge of Akoma Ntoso XML representation for legislative/judicial documents. - Middleware system integration. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. - Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Oracle Middleware‑related certifications (optional but preferred). - ITIL certification (good to have).
