Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Health Cloud. Architect data models, build Lightning components, flows, and Experience Cloud sites, ensuring integration, data integrity, and high‑performance UI. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and maintain rigorous code quality.
**Expectations**
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Available to start within two weeks.
- Demonstrated mastery of Health Cloud data model.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code in a fast‑moving environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Aura, and Flow.
- Implement and optimize patient‑centric data models, care plans, provider records, and related healthcare objects.
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals, emphasizing user experience and component performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with admins, architects, and business analysts.
- Troubleshoot integrations, data integrity, automation, and UI performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews, release planning, and environment management to ensure clean deployments.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (data model, records, care plans).
- Advanced Experience Cloud and Lightning Aura component development.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow (record‑triggered, screen, orchestration).
- Apex programming (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing).
- Familiarity with Platform Events and event‑driven architecture.
- Experience with OmniStudio (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
- CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Copado, Azure DevOps).
- HTML/CSS for portal customization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, OmniStudio Developer, or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
