Job Description
Job title: Senior Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Own and evolve the organization’s Salesforce CRM, managing customizations, integrations, data integrity, and cross‑functional projects to drive scalable revenue growth and operational efficiency. Expectations: 3‑5 years of Salesforce admin experience, strong project management, independent problem solving, and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams. Key Responsibilities: • Continuously customize Salesforce (formulas, flows, Process Builder, approval processes) and develop new features. • Document internal CRM processes and maintain up‑to‑date lifecycle documentation. • Lead project management of Salesforce development initiatives across functions. • Enforce data integrity through validation rules, deduplication, and cleanup. • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design process improvements. • Manage and maintain both internal and third‑party Salesforce integrations. • Critically assess business processes, identify gaps, and propose strategic solutions. Required Skills: • Advanced knowledge of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows, and visual workflows. • Expert report/dashboards creation. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Project management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively address challenges. • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs (interest in further development). Required Education & Certifications: • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher) or equivalent experience. • Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
