Job Description: Job Title: Performance Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Support end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and Video channels. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns, generate actionable insights, and communicate performance metrics and recommendations. Expactations: - Execute and manage paid media campaigns with precision and detail. - Deliver timely performance reports and strategic recommendations. - Maintain strong communication with clients and cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Build and launch digital media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. - Conduct bid, budget, and audience targeting optimization. - Create ad copy, landing page messaging, and A/B tests. - Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and quality metrics. - Generate ad mock‑ups for internal and client review. - Use analytics and trend tools to identify optimization opportunities. - Communicate media insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Support vendor communications and media tag QA. - Stay current on platform capabilities, beta features, and industry trends. Required Skills: - 0–1+ years agency/in‑house performance marketing experience. - Experience with Google Ads, Meta, or similar ad consoles. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred). - Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent certifications (preferred).
