Job Description
Job Title: Podcast Studio Manager / Engineer & Podcast Producer Role Summary: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of four podcast studios, manage client bookings, conduct audio and video recording and editing, acquire and retain studio clients, and produce internal and external podcasts from concept to delivery. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality studio services and podcast productions; maintain studio equipment in top condition; drive new client acquisition and retention; report studio occupancy; collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders to meet client visions. Key Responsibilities: - Process studio bookings, manage file storage, and ensure timely delivery to clients. - Operate professional audio/video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) during recordings. - Edit long‑form and short‑form podcast and social media content using industry‑standard software. - Acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and pitch production packages with accurate pricing. - Maintain studio environment (equipment upkeep, safety, cleanliness). - Track studio occupancy and report usage metrics to senior team. - Oversee podcast production lifecycle for both internal and external projects, ensuring quality standards. Required Skills: - Extensive studio management experience in a multimedia environment. - Deep knowledge of audio and video engineering; troubleshooting technical issues. - Proficiency with recording/editing software (Reaper, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.). - Strong front‑of‑house client management and communication abilities. - Proven podcast production expertise, including end‑to‑end project leadership. - Leadership, project management, and collaborative teamwork skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production, Film/Television Production, Broadcast Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in audio/video editing or studio operations preferred.
