**Job Title**
Business Analyst – Media, Cloud & Data Integrations
**Role Summary**
Supports a global transformation program focused on integrating rights management, media workflows, cloud platforms, and data systems. Works closely with the Programme Director, technology teams, and operating companies to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of integration solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, detailed business and technical requirements for system integrations.
- Translate stakeholder needs into integration use cases, data mappings, and interface specifications.
- Bridge communication gaps between business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Validate integration designs against enterprise standards and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new system integrations.
- Define integration points across rights management tools, MAM systems, data platforms, and finance systems.
- Produce integration use cases, data mapping, and interface specs.
- Document end‑to‑end process flows, service journeys, and hand‑offs.
- Act as liaison between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to validate integration approaches.
- Review supplier solution designs, validating requirements and impacts across multi‑vendor stacks.
- Capture requirements for data flows, APIs, and reporting.
- Align designs with cloud security, monitoring, and enterprise standards.
- Identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain structured documentation.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system or data integration projects.
- Media/entertainment industry background (rights management, content workflows, AdTech/MediaTech).
- Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Ability to produce interface specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across group and operating company landscapes.
- Structured analytical and problem‑solving approach with strong documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are an advantage.
