Job Title: Onboarding Specialist Role Summary Deliver high‑quality live onboarding for key customers, ensuring rapid adoption and smooth go‑live. Own the end‑to‑end configuration process, provide hands‑on training, and act as the primary liaison during and after onboarding to drive retention and expansion. Expectations - Take full ownership of the onboarding journey for new accounts. - Demonstrate measurable impact on customer success metrics (time to go‑live, adoption rates, retention). - Act as a proactive problem‑solver, removing friction before it escalates. - Translate product updates into actionable guidance for users. - Provide timely feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights. Key Responsibilities - Conduct live onboarding sessions with high‑value customers, presenting product features and best practices. - Configure customer accounts end‑to‑end, tailoring settings to match each customer’s business goals and existing workflows. - Deliver hands‑on training and create documentation, playbooks, and checklists that evolve with the product. - Serve as customer’s primary point of contact during onboarding, proactively unblocking issues and ensuring rapid go‑live. - Keep customers informed of new features and guide Q&A with an operator‑first mindset. - Capture and surface customer insights to engineering and leadership to influence product roadmap. Required Skills - Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading virtual or in‑person sessions. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in SaaS products, cloud platforms, and account configuration. - Analytical mindset: translate data into action and iterate processes. - Customer‑centric mindset; ability to build trust and act as a troubleshooter. - Project management: manage timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, technical training, or implementation roles. - Familiarity with property‑management or hospitality tech a plus. ---
