Job Title: Cloud Engineer & IT Manager Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end Microsoft Azure infrastructure and corporate IT security. Design, deploy, and operate scalable, secure cloud environments while managing internal IT systems, access controls, and compliance. Lead automation, observability, and disaster recovery practices in a fast‑moving fintech context. Expectations: Deliver secure, high‑performance Azure platforms with minimal downtime; maintain rigorous compliance and security standards; keep IT operations efficient and well‑documented; react swiftly to incidents and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and operate Azure services (Container Apps, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, Event Hubs, Kafka, Storage, Vercel). - Implement Terraform & Azure CLI for IaC, governance, RBAC, and least‑privilege policies. - Build CI/CD pipelines, automated rollbacks, smoke tests across dev, staging, prod. - Establish observability, metrics, logging, tracing, audit trails for compliance. - Develop disaster recovery, business continuity plans, and validation scripts. - Manage cybersecurity controls (MFA, conditional access, encryption, vulnerability remediation). - Lead incident response, post‑mortem reviews, and security audits. - Administer corporate IT: Microsoft 365/Entra ID, VPN, DevOps tools, Revolut access. - Oversee Intune, Apple MDM, Windows Autopilot for endpoint security and compliance. - Automate onboarding/offboarding, laptop setup, permission workflows. - Document architectures, procedures, asset inventories.
