Job Description
**Job Title** Project Engineer – Strategic Plan Support **Role Summary** Provide analytical and data‑driven support to steer a 5‑year strategic transformation for a global luxury group. Embedded within a consulting firm but working full‑time on the client site, you will design and maintain a strategic dashboard, analyze cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver decision‑making materials directly to the Executive Committee. **Expectations** - Deploy on‑site, full‑time, starting January. - Deliver a functional strategic dashboard within the first months. - Produce high‑quality analytical reports for senior leadership. - Interact confidently with C‑level executives and multiple business units. - Adapt to a fast‑changing, politically nuanced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain a strategic transformation dashboard. - Conduct transversal analysis of projects, indicators, and trajectories. - Prepare decision‑support presentations and reports for the Executive Committee. - Coordinate with all group divisions and external consulting partners. - Monitor progress against the 5‑year strategic plan and flag deviations. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical mindset with a data‑centric approach. - Experience (or solid internship exposure) in strategy, transformation, or complex industrial settings. - Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel). - Excellent communication and political acumen when dealing with senior stakeholders. - Project management capability and ability to work autonomously. **Required Education & Certifications** - Engineering degree from a top French Grande École (e.g., École Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec) or equivalent internationally. - Optional: PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or similar project/quality certifications.
