Job Title: Sales Team Lead (F/H) Role Summary: Lead and grow a six‑person sales development team focused on expanding international e‑commerce merchant acquisition in Europe and China. Drive inbound pipelines, optimize conversion, and collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, and marketing to evolve solutions and sustain market relevance. Expectations: - Manage day‑to‑day team performance and development. - Deliver measurable growth in merchant onboarding, margin, and revenue. - Apply data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement. - Operate with agility in a fast‑moving, tech‑led marketplace environment. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and onboard new sellers using lead lists segmented by seller profile. - Design and execute outbound attack plans and landing strategies. - Optimize conversion rates through test‑and‑learn actions and marketing collaboration. - Coordinate paid marketing initiatives and e‑commerce trade show participation. - Conduct competitive intelligence by region and feed insights into product backlog. - Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, generate regular performance reports (orders, margin, churn, recruitment). - Identify and propose process improvements across sales and cross‑functional workflows. - Deliver coaching on presentation effectiveness, messaging, and sales skills. - Foster collaboration with Product, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams. Required Skills: - Proven commercial development experience, preferably in e‑commerce or logistics. - Strong pipeline management, CRM (Salesforce) proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. - Data analysis and reporting capability, with a fact‑based approach to strategy. - Leadership of a small team, with focus on coaching and skill building. - Bilingual: fluent in English; additional language a plus. - Experience in international market development, especially EU/China. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Professional certifications in sales, pipeline management, or CRM (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
