Job Title: Marketing Manager – Commercial & Infrastructure Solutions Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end marketing for Titan America’s full product portfolio, driving market positioning, brand visibility, and measurable business growth across commercial and infrastructure segments. Expectations: * 6–8 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or chemicals. * Proven track record of translating market research into integrated campaigns that generate ROI. * Strong cross‑functional leadership, influencing sales, operations, product, and technical teams. * Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer and industry events. Key Responsibilities: * Develop market models, forecasts, and competitive analyses to inform pricing and positioning. * Design and execute integrated campaigns—product launches, sales enablement, and digital marketing—across cement, concrete, aggregates, fly ash, and admixtures. * Produce technical and customer-facing assets (datasheets, white papers, case studies, presentations). * Partner with sales to craft segment‑specific value propositions and ensure consistent messaging. * Lead digital initiatives (CRM, website, email, paid media, social) aligned with target customers. * Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and public sector stakeholders. * Monitor KPI performance (market share, ROI, lead generation, customer satisfaction) and report insights to senior leadership. Required Skills: * Market intelligence & data analysis. * Integrated campaign development and execution. * Technical content creation and simplification of complex data. * Digital marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools. * Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence. * Collaborative mindset across cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Materials Science. * MBA preferred. * Relevant certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or analytics are a plus.
