**Job title** Business Operations Associate **Role Summary** Serve as a cross‑functional partner to founders and the Chief of Staff, driving execution of high‑impact initiatives across Go‑to‑Market (GTM), Revenue Operations (RevOps), HR, and Finance. Provide rapid, scalable process solutions, manage day‑to‑day operations, and champion projects from inception to completion in a fast‑paced startup environment. **Expactations** - 3–5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred) or venture capital/private equity. - Demonstrated background in business operations. - Highly organized, adaptable, self‑motivated, and capable of navigating ambiguity. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a bias toward execution. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project‑management abilities. - Willingness to travel a few times per year for team events and coaching sessions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Lead and execute cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals. 2. Identify and address operational bottlenecks to support growth in GTM, RevOps, HR, and Finance functions. 3. Own daily operational activities: HR tasks, financial reporting, administrative coordination. 4. Design, implement, and refine scalable processes to support scaling operations. 5.
