Tech Lead Full‑Stack / GenAI
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery of web, mobile, and GenAI products for a rapidly growing agency. Own architecture design, coding, and production rollout while cultivating engineering excellence. Drive the expansion of the technical team and prepare for future management responsibilities.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of GenAI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, agents) and integrate them into production workflows.
- Communicate effectively with product managers, clients, and external stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
- Transition toward managing and growing a technical team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and manage architecture for web/mobile and GenAI products from scope to deployment.
- Write, test, review, and ship code (70‑80% hands‑on) in TypeScript/Node.js, React, and Python.
- Conduct pair programming, code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of services.
- Participate in technical qualification, proposal drafting, and pre‑sales presentations.
- Define project scope, staffing, estimates, and deliverables; ensure successful delivery.
- Implement and evolve engineering practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security hardening, observability, and debt management.
- Foster a culture of excellence, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers during discovery and feature prioritization.
- Represent the organization externally through community engagement and thought leadership.
- Prepare to mentor and lead future developers.
**Required Skills**
- 6–10 years of product delivery and technical leadership experience.
- Full‑stack expertise: Front‑end (React, TypeScript), Back‑end (Node.js, Python), and infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, performance tuning, and security.
- Proficiency in modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and technical debt management.
- Knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, agents) and their application in product flows.
- Excellent client‑facing communication; ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven team leadership or engineering manager experience in product or consulting settings.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms, CI/CD, or AI (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google AI Engineer) are a plus.
