Job Description: **Job Title:** CRM Manager **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end outbound acquisition for mobile app developers, crafting multichannel outreach, managing pipelines, and optimizing conversion. **Expectations:** - Deliver a steady, high‑quality flow of qualified developer leads for intro calls. - Increase response and conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement. - Maintain a clear, actionable Pipedrive pipeline and provide weekly performance reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, execute, and iterate email, LinkedIn, and DM campaigns. - Write and localize native‑level English outreach messages that convert. - Build and sustain a structured funnel in Pipedrive; capture all touchpoints. - Monitor funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. - Coordinate lead handover with Acquisition Leads and align with Marketing on targeting. - Produce weekly reports on funnel status, key metrics, and insights. **Required Skills:** - Native‑level written English proficiency. - 3+ years of outbound sales/lead generation or deal‑sourcing experience, ideally targeting mobile app developers or digital product founders. - Proven ability to write engaging, conversion‑driven outreach copy. - Hands‑on experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems. - Strong organizational skills, methodical workflow, and detail orientation. - Analytical mindset, self‑starter, and comfort working independently remotely. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - No mandatory certifications, but experience with SaaS or mobile app ecosystems is a plus.
