Job Description
Job title: Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst **Role Summary** Establish and operate a new GSOC, designing workflows, playbooks, and escalation paths. Monitor and analyze global threats, manage critical event notifications via Everbridge, and coordinate incident response across internal and external stakeholders. Deliver concise executive-level reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of security operations. **Expectations** - Lead the creation and implementation of GSOC processes from inception. - Maintain real‑time situational awareness of global threats and high‑risk incidents. - Ensure timely escalation, containment, and resolution of security events. - Support operational continuity during critical events and provide actionable intelligence. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and refine GSOC workflows, playbooks, and escalation procedures. - Monitor global threats, security alerts, and high‑risk incidents impacting people, assets, or operations. - Manage Everbridge Critical Event Management: alerts, dashboards, and workflows. - Conduct OSINT and intelligence analysis to inform response actions. - Coordinate incident response with internal teams, leadership, and external partners. - Prepare concise, executive‑ready reports and briefings. - Support threat detection, incident escalation, and operational continuity. **Required Skills** - 5–10 years in GSOC operations, corporate security, or intelligence analysis. - Proficiency with Everbridge Critical Event Management (alerting, workflows, dashboards). - Real‑time threat monitoring, OSINT tools, and intelligence gathering. - Knowledge of physical security, crisis management, and emergency response. - Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control, IDS, etc.). - Strong written and verbal communication, especially for executive audiences. - Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders. - U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder (required). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or related field (military or law enforcement experience may substitute). - Preferred Certifications (not required): - Everbridge Administrator/Specialist - Crisis/Emergency Management (FEMA ICS, CEM) - OSINT/Intelligence Analysis (SANS, McAfee, etc.) ---
