Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Relationship Project Manager (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end customer RFP process and manage key external relationships for an aerospace division, ensuring alignment across internal functions (manufacturing, logistics, engineering, accounting). Act as primary liaison to resolve customer inquiries, drive contractual adherence, and support new business and NPI initiatives. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable growth in customer satisfaction and new business opportunities. - Maintain accurate RFP logs and contractual compliance. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration to meet production, quality, and delivery commitments. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage RFP lifecycle: review, filter, coordinate responses, and maintain a central log. - Manage customer expectations regarding production capacity, quality, On‑Time Delivery (OTD), and pricing. - Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organizations and internal Senior businesses. - Liaise with manufacturing, logistics, planning, engineering, and accounting to resolve status, delivery, and billing issues. - Coordinate and support in‑person customer visits and engagement sessions. - Assist in tactical/strategic planning for new business ventures and early‑stage NPI/project plans. - Attend cross‑functional meetings to align contractual lead times, demands, and deadlines. - Coordinate solution of contract modifications, customer inquiries, and problem resolution. - Conduct periodic customer satisfaction calls and maintain continuous contact. - Participate in cross‑divisional technology collaboration forums. - Support group strategic goals at times, collaborating with EVP – Strategy. **Required Skills** - Minimum 4 years in sales, customer service, or contract administration within a manufacturing setting. - Proven experience managing entire RFP processes and resolving customer issues. - Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable countermeasures. - Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - High energy, urgency, customer‑centric mindset. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively coordinate cross‑departmental actions. - Bilingual in English and French highly desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Minimum five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination. - Aerospace or industrial sector experience highly desirable.
