Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commission Based Role Summary: Drive revenue by conducting outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking high‑quality appointments for the sales team. Operates remotely, using company‑provided leads, and is compensated on a commission basis with bonuses for qualified appointments and closed deals. Expectations: - Meet or exceed weekly activity targets (calls, follow‑ups, appointments). - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM. - Consistently improve calling scripts and qualification processes based on feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to businesses in the UK, US, and UAE. - Follow up with warm leads and previously contacted prospects. - Qualify businesses and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Record all activities and lead statuses in the CRM. - Build rapport and communicate the value proposition of web development services. - Provide feedback to enhance outreach strategies. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
