Job Description
**Job Title:** CRM & Data Operations Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the administration and continuous improvement of core business systems (primarily Salesforce) to ensure data integrity, drive actionable insights, and support cross‑functional revenue and analytics initiatives. **Expectations:** 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, data operations, or revenue operations; detail‑oriented, process driven, able to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer Salesforce: manage users, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and data hygiene. - Monitor and cleanse data across all core business systems. - Support system enhancements and evaluate future CRM transitions (e.g., Salesforce → HubSpot). - Coordinate approval requests for new systems/subscriptions, balancing cost and business need. - Partner with Finance to deliver accurate data for forecasting, commission tracking, payment terms, and revenue recognition. - Maintain standardized reporting on SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC. - Collaborate with Analytics & BI teams to ensure reliable data feeds into BI tools. - Build and optimize dashboards and reports for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance. - Identify and implement process improvements for reporting and system workflows. - Contribute to broader data operations initiatives, including ETL workflows, data validation, and system integrations. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate reporting needs into system solutions. **Required Skills** - Hands‑on Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification preferred. - Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. - Understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and reporting practices. - Excellent communication and ability to translate technical data into actionable insights. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent credentials.
