Job title: AI Solutions Consultant
Role Summary: Advise enterprises on leveraging AI responsibly and effectively, translating complex challenges into actionable, deployable solutions across strategy, technology, and operations.
Expactations: 3+ years in consulting or technology, proven real‑world AI project delivery, strong technical foundation, and active pursuit or possession of AI credentials (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud ML/AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.). Must demonstrate exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and a customer‑centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessment and stakeholder interviews to identify AI opportunities and constraints.
- Design and prototype AI solutions using LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure, Gemini, Claude) and productivity automation tools (Power Automate, Power Platform, low‑code/no‑code).
- Build intelligent agents, custom prompts, GPTs, and lightweight workflow automations integrated with enterprise stacks (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Adobe, internal knowledge bases).
- Ensure governance, safety, and quality through guardrails, evaluations, and QA of deliverables.
- Create polished client artefacts: presentations, reports, playbooks, and success metric frameworks.
- Drive full customer lifecycle from acquisition through retention and advocacy, embedding measurable impact and change management.
- Champion responsible AI, advising on ethical use, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Deep AI knowledge: concepts, current tooling, tool selection logic.
- Hands‑on with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and automated agent development.
- Proficiency in productivity & automation ecosystems (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Platform, low‑code/no‑code).
- Integration expertise with collaboration suites (M365, Google Workspace) via APIs, webhooks, connectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical ideas into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Customer lifecycle design, engagement frameworks, value measurement, and change‑management acumen.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑managing, disciplined, and empathetic.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certification(s) in AI/ML cloud platforms: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Cloud ML/AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or equivalent.
