**Job Title:** Account Director / Client Advisor (Social Media & Digital) **Role Summary:** Lead and develop strategic social‑media and digital communication plans for high‑value clientele. Manage cross‑functional project teams, ensure flawless execution, client satisfaction, and profitable growth of the account portfolio. **Expectations:** - Build and nurture trusted client relationships based on expertise and exceeding expectations. - Deliver consistently high‑quality, on‑budget projects that meet or surpass agreed KPIs. - Expand and deepen the corporate client base while maintaining clarity of purpose and long‑term partnership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement comprehensive owned, earned, and paid social‑media strategies for clients. - Supervise day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring alignment with agency processes and methodologies. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering skill growth and motivating achievement of objectives. - Maintain strict adherence to project budgets, financial viability, and margin improvement; lead the negotiation and financial management of accounts. - Define realistic KPIs for each project and monitor performance, driving iterative optimizations in collaboration with internal teams. - Identify market opportunities and advise on commercial prospects for portfolio development. - Produce and present responsive or proactive client recommendations in written formats. - Collaborate closely with the production studio to integrate creative outputs. - Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and e‑commerce. - Ensure all activities comply with agency governance, quality standards, and client expectations. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 7 years of agency experience in creative, digital, or social‑media advertising with proven management background. - Strong strategic thinking, creative judgment, and refined aesthetic sensitivity. - Exceptional client‑consultation and listening abilities; adept at identifying evolving client needs. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for planning, reporting, and impact presentations. - Excellent written and spoken English; fluent communication required for international client engagement. - Ability to handle multiple priorities, deliver under tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail. - Demonstrated capability in budget preparation, financial negotiation, and KPI tracking. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications specified; relevant professional credentials (e.g., social media certifications, project management) are advantageous.
