Job Description: **Job Title** Independent Operations Director **Role Summary** Lead and scale the operations of a subsidiary within a multi‑business group. Design and implement internal processes, supervise technical projects and teams, and ensure operational excellence, quality, compliance and profitability while maintaining strategic alignment with the holding company. **Expectations** - Minimum 10 years of senior experience in operations management, project leadership, or business unit management. - Operate as an independent contractor (micro‑entreprise, SASU, EURL or equivalent). - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational sense, autonomy, rigor and results orientation. - Interest and experience in mobility, energy, smart city, or professional services consulting. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Pilot and grow the subsidiary’s business activities and market presence. 2. Structure and continuously improve internal processes for operational efficiency. 3. Oversee technical projects and cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery. 4. Monitor and guarantee quality standards, regulatory compliance and financial performance. 5. Serve as the strategic link between the subsidiary and the holding company. 6. Negotiate performance‑based contracts and manage independent contractual arrangements. **Required Skills** - Leadership and team management in a multi‑disciplinary environment. - Proven project and portfolio management capabilities. - Process design and continuous improvement expertise. - Strong business acumen, financial analysis and KPI monitoring. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and deliver results under tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or a related field. - Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma, or equivalent in operations or project management are highly desirable.
