Job Description
Job title: Junior Commercial Manager (Apprentice) – eHealth (Apprenticeship) Role Summary: Support the commercial team in advancing our AI‑powered eHealth solutions. Engage in the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, while driving the market launch of a new product module and contributing to business strategy and innovation. Expactations: - Hold a Master’s program in Business Healthcare, Health Engineering, or related field in apprenticeship. - Deliver measurable results (KPIs, sales targets) and demonstrate a strong orientation to outcomes. - Work collaboratively across product, technology, and leadership groups. - Communicate effectively in French; English proficiency required; additional language skills welcomed. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in commercial operations: prepare sales arguments, create support materials, coordinate follow‑ups, and organize prospecting activities. - Participate throughout the sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct product demos, track prospects, and support closing. - Contribute to the market introduction of a new module: develop launch strategy, gather early user feedback, and refine positioning. - Conduct market research: identify potential partners, monitor competitors, and map the healthcare market landscape. - Track performance: monitor commercial KPIs and report on progress. - Foster internal alignment: maintain close collaboration with product, tech, and executive teams to synchronize commercial and strategic goals. Required Skills: - Solid foundation in commercial prospecting and relationship building. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Curiosity about digital health, AI applications, and healthcare transformation. - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Team‑player with excellent communication and persuasive presentation capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Business Healthcare, Health Engineering, or a comparable field. - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is advantageous.
