Job Description: **Job Title** Digital Project Manager – Junior **Role Summary** Support the Digital Transformation Lead to design, implement, and govern digital tools and workflows for a growing engineering consultancy. Manage end‑to‑end digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user adoption. **Expectations** - Enter a 6‑plus month internship with immediate start. - Possess a valid driving licence (B). - Work collaboratively with the transformation team and stakeholders across branches. - Deliver measurable improvements in productivity and digital maturity. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Discovery & Analysis** - Map existing tools and processes. - Identify bottlenecks and productivity gaps through stakeholder interviews. - Prioritise needs for digital improvement. 2. **Solution Design & Road‑map** - Co‑define high‑impact use cases. - Contribute to 3‑, 6‑, and 12‑month digital road‑maps. - Own project life‑cycle on selected initiatives. 3. **Implementation & Optimization** - Translate business needs into technical specifications. - Configure and launch no‑code solutions (Notion, automation platforms). - Test, troubleshoot, document, and iterate tools. - Co‑run internal training sessions. 4. **Governance & Adoption** - Establish usage guidelines and data architecture standards. - Create and maintain an internal knowledge base (wiki). - Produce user guides and help materials. - Monitor adoption metrics and report progress. **Required Skills** - Proficient with digital tools (Notion, Canva, Microsoft Office suite). - Structured, analytical thinker with strong written communication. - Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working autonomously. - Basic understanding of project management methodologies. - Interest in AI applications for business value and impact measurement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (MSc, MEng, or equivalent) in business, engineering, or university studies. - No specific professional certifications required, although project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
