**Job Title**
Operations Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and oversee administrative, financial, event, and business development functions for a European sustainable investment organization. Report directly to Executive Director, ensuring compliance, efficient processes, and successful project delivery.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality administrative and financial support while maintaining strict compliance with Belgian and EU regulations.
- Manage grant applications, reporting, and execution to meet deadlines and maintain funder confidence.
- Organize events, meetings, and travel logistics, ensuring seamless execution both on‑site and virtually.
- Lead the rollout of the Eurosif Club initiative, driving member acquisition, onboarding, and service delivery.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, prioritizing tasks and supporting the Executive Director and Board.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to queries, verify contracts, and file legal documents (e.g., Moniteur Belge).
- Monitor finances, process invoices, track budgets, prepare expenditure reports, and support audit processes.
- Prepare grant applications, financial reports, and ensure timely execution of grant‑funded projects.
- Draft Board and AGM documents, minutes, and support statutory reporting.
- Maintain contacts database and perform administrative/HR tasks as needed.
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution of Eurosif events and member meetings (venue, catering, speakers, virtual platforms).
- Oversee office management: facility coordination, supplier relations, office supplies procurement.
- Arrange travel for team members.
- Identify and approach target companies for Eurosif Club, present the initiative, manage onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and member benefits.
**Required Skills**
- Fluency in English and French (written & spoken).
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations, project, or office management within a similar organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and detail‑orientation skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, reliable, team‑oriented, yet able to work independently.
- Legal right to work in Belgium.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
