**Job Title:** Executive Search Consultant **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end executive recruitment for life science clients, focusing on specialist scientific and managerial positions. Forge long‑term client relationships, conduct confidential direct searches, benchmark positions, and manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to contract negotiation and post‑placement follow‑up. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality placements within agreed timelines. - Maintain an active and compliant recruitment funnel across biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors. - Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and proactive client engagement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in‑depth needs analysis with client stakeholders. - Identify, engage, and assess candidates through social media, networking, direct search, and referrals. - Curate candidate pipelines, review CVs, schedule interviews, and produce detailed interview reports. - Verify references and conduct suitability checks. - Brief candidates on role specifics, salary, and benefits. - Draft and present candidate short‑lists to clients. - Coordinate interview logistics and communicate results. - Lead salary and compensation negotiations, ensuring mutually satisfactory agreements. - Provide onboarding support and monitor new hire integration. - Attend labs, manufacturing sites, and industry events to stay current. **Required Skills:** - Strong research and sourcing capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in English and French or Dutch. - Persuasive negotiation and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and excellent organizational planning. - Self‑starter with initiative and resilience. - Team‑oriented, transparent, and adaptable. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics, Languages, or related field. - Proven experience in executive search or high‑level recruitment within Life Sciences (desired).
