Job Title: Head of Sales – EMEA
Role Summary:
Lead and scale the enterprise sales function across EMEA for a high‑growth B2B SaaS company specializing in Agentic AI hyperautomation. Own revenue targets, drive performance, and build a high‑velocity sales organization that consistently closes large enterprise accounts.
Expectations:
- Deliver EMEA revenue growth from €1M+ to €10M+, scaling the business by a minimum 10×.
- Lead a sales organization with AEs and BDRs, fostering a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic direction for GTM segments, prioritise and win CAC40/Fortune 500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, AI, DevOps and related verticals.
- Align closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and founders to synchronize field reality with product and go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own EMEA revenue targets and manage end‑to‑end sales execution.
- Structure, coach, and motivate the EMEA sales team to achieve quota and pipeline goals.
- Design and enforce scalable sales processes: forecasting, pipeline management, quota allocation, and sales enablement.
- Set strategic GTM priorities, identify high‑value accounts, and close large enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap, marketing initiatives, and customer success efforts with sales objectives.
- Report directly to founders, influence corporate strategy, and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of scaling revenue from €1M to €10M+.
- Strong background in Automation, IT, Cybersecurity, AI, or related tech sectors.
- Experience leading regional sales teams (EMEA) and building high‑velocity sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Data‑driven mindset: proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting tools, and pipeline analytics.
- Ability to simplify complex solutions and articulate value to C‑level executives.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Sales Leadership, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, or equivalent.
