**Job title** Business Developer – High Performance Computing & AI (Employee or Freelance) **Role Summary** Drive the adoption of high‑performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions among manufacturers and construction companies, with a focus on SMEs. Build relationships, create tailored services, and promote digital transformation initiatives across Walloon, Belgian, and European industrial ecosystems. **Expactations** - Consult and influence mid‑size to large manufacturing and construction firms in selecting and implementing HPC/AI tools. - Act as the primary contact for technology enablement, ensuring solutions align with client needs and business objectives. - Demonstrate measurable impact through increased digital maturity and operational efficiency for clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct one‑to‑one consultations with industry stakeholders to assess HPC/AI requirements. - Design and deliver bespoke adoption roadmaps in partnership with technical experts. - Organise and lead industry awareness events, workshops, and networking sessions. - Collaborate with regional, national, and EU digitalisation initiatives to extend reach. - Manage lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline of HPC/AI services. - Work cross‑functionally with engineering, simulation, and AI teams to refine offerings. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in industry‑based digital transformation, preferably within simulation, HPC, or AI. - Strong relationship building and client‑management abilities. - Experience in outreach, awareness campaigns, and prospecting. - Excellent communication in English and French (written and spoken). - Team‑oriented mindset with proactive, self‑driving attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree or Engineer qualification in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. ---
