**Job title** Windev Developer (F/M) **Role Summary** Develop and maintain internal applications for Cerfrance Maine‑et‑Loire using the PC Soft Windev platform. Translate business requirements into coherent system designs, deliver new functionalities, ensure application stability, and contribute to continuous improvement within an autonomous yet collaborative IT team. **Expactations** - Proven experience with Windev (PC Soft) in a professional environment. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while engaging the team when needed. - Strong analytical ability to convert “business” needs into technical solutions. - Commitment to quality, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze and interpret functional specifications to design system logic. - Design, develop, and implement new features and full applications for internal users. - Perform specific custom development based on identified needs. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance (recette). - Maintain and evolve existing Windev applications, handling bug fixes and enhancements. - Produce and update technical documentation and user guides. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency with PC Soft Windev (development, debugging, deployment). - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices. - Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively. - Good communication skills for collaboration with business users and IT team. - Familiarity with version control, testing frameworks, and documentation tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Windev/PC Soft certification (preferred but not mandatory). - Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
