Analyze business needs and translate them into coherent system logic and Windev specifications. 2. Design, develop, and deploy new functions and applications for internal users. 3. Produce custom development work to meet identified requirements. 4. Maintain and evolve existing applications, including bug fixes and performance tuning. 5. Execute unit, integration, and acceptance tests, and coordinate user acceptance. 6. Update and enrich technical and user documentation. 7. Collaborate with the IT team throughout the development lifecycle. **Required Skills** - Proven experience with the PC Soft Windev (WinDev) development environment. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and proactively while knowing when to seek team input. - Excellent communication skills in French; English skills are a plus. - Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, and test procedures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - PC Soft Windev certification or equivalent windev expertise is desirable but not mandatory.

Manage pre‑ and post‑training processes, serve as primary contact for trainers, clients, participants, and funders, and handle all administrative tasks digitally using the DENDREO SaaS platform. **Expectations** - Demonstrate rigor, organization, and strong attention to detail. - Be comfortable working with digital tools and SaaS environments. - Proactively suggest process improvements after an initial training period. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the training manager in maintaining compliance with quality standards and certification requirements. - Oversee administrative workflows before, during, and after training sessions. - Act as liaison for trainers, clients, participants, and funding bodies. - Contribute to the design and logistical organization of training courses. - Perform all administrative tasks within the DENDREO platform (course registration, invoicing, reporting, document management). - Monitor process performance and propose corrective or improvement actions. **Required Skills** - Proficiency with digital/SAAS tools (experience with DENDREO or similar platforms a plus). - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and documentation. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: BTS in SME Management or BUT in Business Administration (or equivalent higher‑education qualification). - No specific certifications required; familiarity with Qualiopi and Qualicert standards is advantageous.
