**Job Title** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary** Lead full‑stack development for an AI‑powered product suite, designing, building, and shipping scalable backend services in Golang while contributing to rich frontend experiences with TypeScript/React. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to ensure high code quality, performance, and a delightful user experience. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end software across all stages of the product lifecycle. - Own production‑grade code, testing, and performance optimization. - Actively participate in technical decision‑making and architectural discussions. - Demonstrate self‑direction, curiosity, and enthusiasm for tackling complex, emerging challenges. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect, develop, and maintain microservices in Golang, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Build and enhance user interfaces using TypeScript and React. - Write comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests. - Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and research scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Monitor and optimize system performance, including profiling, caching, and database tuning. **Required Skills** - Strong commercial experience in Golang development. - Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development. - Solid understanding of full software development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, deployment). - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) preferred. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of distributed systems, real‑time processing, or AI/ML product development is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ---
