**Role Summary:**
Lead enterprise‑wide marketing strategy to elevate the brand from regional to national prominence, drive growth across all business units, and establish the company as a thought leader in commercial real estate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

2. Define, track, and report KPIs for all marketing functions.

5. Integrate AI, workflow, research, and digital tools to improve productivity.
6. Design multi‑generational audience segmentation & engagement plans.
7. Build, segment, and nurture a proprietary client/prospect database.
8. Lead go‑to‑market planning for new regional entries.
9. Conduct competitive benchmarking and adjust tactics accordingly.
10. Manage marketing budgets, prioritize ROI, and allocate resources effectively.
11. Structure and streamline the marketing organization for scalability.
12. Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and talent development.
13. Optimize the mix of internal and external resources across markets.
14. Manage public relations, media relations, crisis communications, and key announcements.
