Key Responsibilities: - Execute accurate and timely financial and operational close for the designated region. - Serve as business partner to operational managers, advising on cost control, profitability, and KPI performance. - Act as primary point of contact between regional teams and the Head of Management Control. - Lead cross‑functional projects or high‑impact missions that enhance financial governance. - Advocate for, design, and implement innovative control, reporting, and dashboard solutions. - Foster and communicate corporate values internally, reinforcing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
