**Job title:** Incident Manager (m/f) **Role Summary:** Ensure high availability and performance of a multi‑site e‑commerce platform by managing incidents from detection through resolution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, enforcing SLAs, and driving continuous improvement. **Expectations:** - Minimum 4 years incident or production support experience, ideally in e‑commerce. - Proficient in English (written & spoken). - Strong crisis‑management and communication skills. - Agile methodology experience; self‑motivated, detail oriented, proactive. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Qualify, assess impact, and document production incidents. 2. Coordinate resolution with Product Owners and Technical Leads to meet SLA targets. 3.
