**Job Title**
Manager, Infrastructure Services (IaaS)
**Role Summary**
Lead the strategy and execution of the move-to-cloud transformation for Hermes, overseeing a high‑performing IaaS team across France and worldwide. Drive service design, automation, and containerization adoption, ensuring that internal customers receive secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a clear IaaS vision aligned with DSIO’s roadmap.
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IaaS services: design, deployment, operation, and decommissioning.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in service quality, cost efficiency, and cloud adoption.
- Maintain strong governance and security posture in partnership with Architecture & Innovation and Design Authorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, mentor, and grow a technical team of architects and engineers (vision, staffing, budgeting).
- Define and execute the IaaS service roadmap, integrating customer needs and DSIO strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship & Service Catalogue teams to package and deliver robust, automated, and secure service offerings.
- Enforce architectural and security policies; coordinate with Design Authorities.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and budget targets.
- Monitor and report on service performance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion operational excellence: lifecycle management, automation, provisioning, image registries, and monitoring.
- Represent the IaaS team in cross‑functional governance forums and crisis management.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in large, multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
- Extensive experience in complex IaaS projects (AWS, Azure).
- Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation (IaC, CI/CD).
- Strong understanding of backup, privileged access management (PAM), monitoring, and security tools.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.
