Job title: UI / Frontend Developer with React
Role Summary: Senior React developer to architect, build, and maintain high‑performance, secure web applications for the financial services domain, leading technical design and mentorship in an Agile environment.
Expactations: Deliver scalable UI components, enforce security and compliance standards, meet performance benchmarks, and actively contribute to CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, reusable React‑based web applications.
• Translate product, design, and engineering requirements into technical solutions.
• Build responsive UI components with React, Redux (RTK), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Integrate backend APIs via REST or GraphQL; ensure robust data handling and performance.
• Implement secure coding practices in line with financial industry standards (PCI‑DSS, OWASP).
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain code quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with QA on test coverage, automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Contribute to architectural decisions and front‑end technology roadmap.
Required Skills:
• ≥10 years in front‑end development; deep expertise in React.js.
• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/RTK, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Styled Components.
• API integration experience (REST, GraphQL).
• Responsive design, performance optimization, cross‑browser compatibility.
• DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience in financial/banking/trading/payment/insurance domain.
• Strong communication and leadership in technical discussions.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications in front‑end development, React, or security standards are an advantage but not required.
