**Job title**
Engineering Project Manager (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)
**Role Summary**
Lead technical project delivery within a CleanTech scale‑up, managing end‑to‑end lifecycle of industrial‑scale engineering projects (high‑quality, low‑volume). Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external partners, and suppliers to hit milestones, maintain budgets, and meet quality standards while driving progress towards sustainability objectives.

- Deliver projects on scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Exhibit strong technical acumen and project‑management discipline.
- Communicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and executive stakeholders.
- Show initiative in risk anticipation, mitigation, and resolution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers/contractors to secure timely component delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and escalated issues to senior management.
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project hand‑offs, post‑delivery reviews, and lessons‑learned documentation.
- Support cross‑functional collaboration across product, design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
**Required Skills**
- Project Management (Agile/Scrum or traditional methods).
- Strong engineering background (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar).
- Experience managing large‑scale, technically complex engineering projects from concept to delivery.
- Stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
- Risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; intercultural competence preferred.
- Proficiency in project‑management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.) and MS Office.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
