About the Company

Partners In Health Canada is part of a global health and social justice movement working to build a world where everyone—no matter who they are or where they live—can access high-quality health care. We partner with communities, local governments, and sister PIH organizations in 11+ countries to strengthen public health systems, train and support community health workers, and deliver comprehensive care in places that have long been denied it. Guided by the belief that health is a human right and by a steadfast preferential option for the poor, we work to ensure that the communities most affected by historical neglect and structural violence receive the highest standard of care. Our approach combines clinical excellence with community-based care, research, advocacy, and long-term accompaniment. In Canada, we mobilize students, advocates, experts, and everyday supporters to take action: fundraising, policy engagement, storytelling, and building the next generation of global health leaders. From classrooms and campuses to Parliament Hill, we help amplify the voices calling for justice in global health. Whether strengthening cancer care in Rwanda, supporting maternal health in Sierra Leone, responding to TB in Lesotho or within indigenous communities in Canada, PIH Canada stands for the idea that the best care anywhere should be the standard of care everywhere.
