Job Description
**Job Title** Pricing Manager (6‑Month Contract) – Remote‑First **Role Summary** Lead the development, implementation, and governance of pricing strategies for a European payment platform. Ensure pricing decisions are compliant, accurately reflected in billing and ERP/CRM systems, and support commercial teams to drive revenue growth and member satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate and timely pricing updates to all stakeholders. - Maintain audit‑ready pricing documentation and compliance with internal and external standards. - Provide actionable pricing insights to finance, billing, sales, and compliance teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and document pricing updates across all systems. - Monitor market pricing trends, regulatory changes, and benchmark against external standards. - Create and manage pricing deviations (country‑specific, member‑specific, merchant‑specific). - Support Market Development & Sales in pricing negotiations. - Ensure consistency of pricing policies, processes, and controls organization‑wide. - Align pricing decisions with Finance, Billing, Compliance, and Management. - Communicate pricing updates to Billing for accurate invoicing. - Validate pricing accuracy in contracts and member agreements. - Develop pricing playbooks, guidelines, and training materials. - Act as the pricing subject‑matter expert for internal queries and deal support. **Required Skills** - ≥5 years of pricing, payments, or financial modelling experience in a regulated or scheme‑based environment. - Strong analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in complex pricing models. - Solid understanding of payment schemes and market dynamics. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and written/ verbal communication. - Experience with ERP/CRM pricing implementation and resolution of billing discrepancies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required; experience in regulated payment environments valued.
