Job Description
Job Title: Solution Architect, UK Role Summary: Design and deliver scalable, customer‑centric SaaS solutions for field service management. Partner with stakeholders, product, and development teams to transform complex requirements into well‑structured technical designs, ensuring alignment with business goals and best implementation practices. Expectations: Build and maintain high‑quality architectural artifacts, guide solution scope and design, and provide post‑implementation support. Drive continuous improvement of product roadmap and delivery methodologies in an agile, global team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business and technical requirements, define solution scope, and document processes. - Facilitate workshops, customer meetings, and design sessions to align stakeholders on solution design. - Collaborate with product, development, and cross‑functional teams to create scalable, customer‑aligned solutions. - Define and maintain technical implementation documentation (e.g., LLDs, integration flows). - Evaluate, configure, and customize product features while ensuring integration and best‑practice implementation. - Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and provide post‑implementation support. - Contribute insights to continuously improve product roadmap and delivery methodology. Required Skills: - 6–12 years SaaS experience in professional services or client‑facing roles. - Proven experience in field service management (definition of system specifications, optimization opportunities). - Agile delivery experience; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents. - Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, databases. - Working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, JSON. - Creative problem‑solving for product gaps and business challenges. - Excellent communication in English; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. - High attention to detail, reliability, and follow‑through. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
