**Job Title:** Intern – Advocacy and Digital Communication **Role Summary:** Provide support to the Paris team of a non‑governmental organization by developing advocacy documents, monitoring key political stakeholders, and enhancing the organization’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and its website. The role involves cross‑functional coordination with fundraising and country teams, focusing on clear, concise written communication and effective online content strategies. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality policy briefs, parliamentary notes, and themed briefs for institutional audiences. - Maintain an up‑to‑date stakeholder map and conduct focused political surveillance on priority countries and themes. - Produce engaging social media posts and visual materials in line with the editorial calendar. - Contribute to website updates, structural edits, and content placement for optimal readability and impact. - Participate in occasional fundraising coordination activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft advocacy materials: notes, briefs, parliamentary dossiers. - Map and monitor Assembly, European Parliament, ministries, think‑tanks, and partner organizations. - Conduct targeted political monitoring on thematic priorities. - Prepare LinkedIn and Instagram content: summaries, visuals, study excerpts, event announcements. - Assist in editorial planning and identify high‑impact formats for team‑produced content. - Support fundraising communication where required. - Update and refine website structure, content integration, and editorial coherence. **Required Skills:** - Excellent writing and editing skills; clarity, concision, rigor. - Strong interest in politics, human rights, democracy, or international relations. - Proficiency in digital communication (LinkedIn, Instagram, website content structuring). - Self‑management, reliability, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently. - Current, fluent proficiency in French (native) and English (conversational or higher). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Undergraduate or graduate degree in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Public Policy, or related field. - No specific certifications required; bilingual fluency is mandatory.
