**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce development solutions—including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and API integrations—within an Agile, cross‑functional team, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable code and continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
**Expectations:**
- Respond proactively to business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts to design and implement integrated, user‑friendly solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Document designs, test cases, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintainability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
- Build and refine Lightning Web Components and Aura Components for responsive UI.
- Design data models, automate processes with Flow, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
- Implement API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API 2.0, Pub/Sub, Change Data Capture, Platform Events).
- Use Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Git (Azure DevOps), and Data Loader for deployment and version control.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing customizations and integrations.
- Partner with external system owners to manage data exchange and synchronization.
- Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and user‑guide materials.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs).
- Minimum 3 years with Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOQL, SOSL.
- Experience with API integration: REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Pub/Sub.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools: Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, Developer Console.
- Version control with Git (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
- Data loader and ETL skills.
- Working knowledge of .NET (C#) and SQL for relational database integration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
