Job Description: **Job title** Business Analyst AI Solutions (H/F) **Role Summary** Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of AI‑driven solutions across the Group’s supply‑chain and offer management functions. Work closely with the Solution Owner, Data Scientists, and cross‑functional teams to align AI models with business objectives, reconcile data, and ensure operational adoption. **Expectations** - Deliver actionable business and financial analyses to shape, track, and refine AI solutions. - Facilitate the deployment of AI recommendations in customer markets, ensuring clarity, relevance, and measurable business impact. - Communicate performance results to central and country teams, driving awareness and adoption. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist the Solution Owner in business and financial analysis for AI solution design and performance evaluation. 2. Collaborate with Data Scientists to adapt and deploy models across Group countries: understand local business challenges, reconcile data sources, and monitor algorithmic outputs. 3. Develop dashboards, conduct data analyses, and prepare presentations that demonstrate value to operational teams. 4. Liaise with Supply Chain, Category Management, Commercial, and Finance functions to integrate AI insights into day‑to‑day operations. 5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI. - Strong analytical mindset, ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. - Basic knowledge of relational databases, Python, and AI algorithms. - Professional level of English, spoken and written. - Background or interest in inventory management and its effects on trade, supply chain, and finance. - Autonomous, proactive project management, and excellent communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s +4 to +5 years of study: business school, engineering school, or university degree. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data manipulation and business‑analysis activities. ---
