Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Role Summary: Execute full‑cycle talent acquisition for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles in a high‑growth aerospace organization; partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage pipelines. Expectations: Deliver timely, quality hires for diverse positions, maintain strong candidate experience, contribute to employer branding, and continuously improve recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers). • Partner with managers to define staffing needs and recommend hiring strategies. • Write, refine, and publish compelling job descriptions. • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. • Recruit for skilled‑trade, manufacturing, operational, technical, and professional roles. • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and manage talent pipelines. • Participate in process improvement initiatives and employer‑branding events. Required Skills: • 2–5 years recruiting experience, with significant manufacturing or skilled‑trade focus. • Proven ability to handle high‑volume or fast‑growth recruiting. • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills. • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • Bilingual French/English fluency. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; work‑experience‑based hiring acceptable. Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI) are a plus.
