Job Description

**Job title:** Senior UX Designer **Role Summary:** Senior UX Designer responsible for end‑to‑end user experience design across product lines. Shifts focus from research to design, delivering user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design system updates. Operates largely remotely with intermittent on‑site collaboration. **Expectations:** - Primary language: English (daily collaboration). - Work rhythm: 4–5 days remote, 1 day on‑site (France). - Start: Early January 2026, 3‑month contract renewable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead co‑creation workshops with product and engineering stakeholders. - Conduct real‑context user testing to inform design decisions and validate KPI impact. - Create and iterate user journeys, flows, blueprints, low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes. - Develop interactive prototypes in Figma and maintain a cohesive design system. - Translate research insights into actionable design outcomes and documentation. - Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure design scalability and consistency. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in Figma and design system management. - Strong wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation skills. - Proven experience leading co‑creation workshops and user testing. - Ability to translate research findings into design improvements that affect KPIs. - Excellent communication and collaboration in an English‑speaking environment. - Familiarity with full‑scope UX processes from research to handoff. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human‑Centered Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. - Professional UX certifications (e.g., NN/g, Nielsen Norman Group, or equivalent) are a plus.
