**Job Title** Customer Onboarding Specialist **Role Summary** Drive the end‑to‑end onboarding of new SaaS clients, configuring accounts, delivering training, and managing integrations to ensure rapid adoption and customer success. **Expactations** - Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that meets or exceeds scheduled timelines. - Translate business requirements into technical configurations. - Act as the primary point of contact during implementation and transition to Customer Success. - Foster strong customer relationships and advocate for product value. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with Professional Services Managers on initial client implementations. - Take full ownership of smaller projects, progressing to larger, complex engagements. - Configure client accounts, set up workflows, and perform data migration to the platform. - Conduct engaging training sessions (online, in-person, recorded) to educate users. - Manage third‑party integrations (email, accounting, monitoring tools) and API connections. - Provide timely support via email, phone, and virtual meetings. - Track project scope, budget, and schedule while managing multiple concurrent accounts. - Identify and recommend process improvements and new resources to enhance adoption. **Required Skills** - 1+ years in SaaS Professional Services, Implementation, Onboarding, or Consulting. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate business needs into solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Proven project management skills—handle multiple clients with precision and urgency. - Experience with fast‑paced, client‑facing environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required, though familiarity with PSA/CRM or SaaS tools is preferred.
